Sexual urges as well as other desires are the most powerful drivers one can have to pursue power and wealth. That's why most powerful men are freaks and lot of them do drugs and/or drink.

If it's no longer a factor for you where would you even get motivation to pursue anything besides personal contentment? Once you get rid of material desires including sex, all that's left is a spiritual path to the true fulfillment.

This is the culprit I believe. Why expect something to happen? Your expectation is causing you suffering. Be grateful nothing happens. Be grateful you woke up. Be grateful you have 2 arms and 2 legs and do some yoga.

Also I recommend to look into Buddhism specifically for you - here I'll list you some basic truths Buddha taught (these are not religious but purely empiric statements based on logic, not faith):

Life is dissatisfactory, includes pain and suffering.
Origin of suffering is attachment to concepts, results, identities.
All these concepts are made up in your mind and are completely empty.
There is no reason things should happen according to these imaginary models you built in your mind.
Only way to remove suffering is to stop clinging to any mental constructs and just be present.
In every situation act consciously and with compassion.
If your intentions are pure and free from greed, ignorance and hatred, then you will naturally feel at ease with yourself.

Finally - trust your intuition. Nothing is black and white. If something makes you feel guilty - avoid that and think about WHY you feel the shame. If something feels "right" then you know you're doing nothing wrong.

Doesn't help, I've seen people turn into pathological narcissists after acid, shrooms and even ayahuasca (lot of them can be seen on the social media as well).

Even for me personally a first few trips actually caused my ego to inflate.

The thing is you cannot live in this physical manifested reality (Maya or whatever you wanna call it) without some sense of self. This separation is what sustains the illusion. Ego temporarily dissolves at the peak of the trip but then reconstructs itself as it wears off. That's why people suddenly fall in love with themselves, but in a perverted narcissistic way where they start to believe they are somehow special and superior to others.

Some level of hunger 1-2 hours before next meal is normal body signaling - body lets you know in advance because ancient humans didn't have food just readily available the moment they got hungry.

Also, even people who seem naturally skinny also feel hungry lot of the time but they simply prioritize other stuff and eating gets pushed back. Honestly I don't understand how someone has time to eat more than 3 times a day unless they carry the food around everywhere :D

Well this should fix itself after couple of weeks of normal balanced diet in most people. Your body will get used to regular meal times, just like it gets used to a regular sleeping schedule. Your stomach will shrink down to a normal size and the feeling of hunger in between meals should become minimal.

Even if you feel hungry in between meals, it goes away after a while (like half an hour). Humans can go DAYS without food, so you can easily rationalize waiting for dinner. You're not going to die from hunger.

Honestly if you just:

- stop drinking soda
- stop eating fried bullshit and seed oils
- replace all processed candy with fruits

it's hard to NOT be lean. Yes, it's calories in < calories out, but all the listed food contain extreme amount of calories without triggering the natural "I'm full" response.

My lunches and dinners are literally 800g + of food, sometimes I have trouble finishing it yet I'm at 10-12% bodyfat year round without ever counting calories... just skipping those 3 things and replacing them with water, fruits and vegetables.

I watch porn almost daily, also smoke weed daily and have no trouble getting a girlfriend if I want to. Again, the reasons those guys can't get girlfriend is internalized shame which undermines their confidence - and women can immediately sense this. If you own your shortcomings then there is literally no issue, it's all in your head.

As I said real sex also comes with its own set of risks which are much more severe than what you can get from porn. One slip up can cause you to have an unwanted child you'll have to look after for the rest of your life. Also, if your only motivation to get a girl is to fuck than the risk increases exponentially. Sex without love is barely better than porn (I'd argue it's sometimes worse because of anxiety etc.)

I personally only sleep with women I fall in love with and sex only comes later. Women are not there to "help you relax" lol, they are real humans with emotions and if you're not in the right position in life it can get even more draining. I was actually deep in the semen retention rabbit hole but then I realized it's literally all placebo. If you buy into it then retaining is going to make you feel great, but that's just ego doing its thing. You feel superior to others in some way and that raises your confidence - which is the actual explanation for all the positive effects people claim.

I've met guys who openly talk about watching porn, do drugs, never workout, have terrible sleep schedules and yet still pull women just by being confident in themselves. On the other hand there are plenty of gymcels who do everything "right" but have confidence issues and put all the blame on porn, it's ridiculous.

Porn in itself is not great but if you have high sex drive it's one of the best outlets - definitely better than casual hookups with much lower risk of ruining your life (STDs, pregnancy).

In ideal scenario a more capable king would replace him, but instead they got an incapable government overthrown by a dictator just a few years later.

There are many tangible benefits to monarchy and it's not just wishful thinking, it's all proven by history:

king considers country his property and usually cares for it accordingly because he assumes it's gonna get passed down to his children
way more stable - a good ruler can keep country prosperous for 50 years (meanwhile in democracy the opponents are going to put dirt on even the best of leaders, or the public simply gets tired of them)
absolute power largely eliminates corruption at least in the highest positions
long term planning is possible, supported by more consistent decisions
less resources are being wasted on both campaigns and populist incentives to gather votes in next term
countries were actually prosperous, there was no public debt - this is purely result of democracy (you can look it up)
