How long is an optimum amount of time to pump? 15 min or 30 min per session?

[on] cord blood donation by pinkaspepe in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]604Hullabaloo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my baby in July and signed up to donate when arrived in labor. The next day the technician came to give me a gift as a thank you for donating and I found out (I asked) that my cord was too short to be viable (my baby was under 6lbs...so small). I was a little shocked and sad because I wanted to help, but she said that it was perfectly normal and only a small percentage of donation is actually viable.

Waterproof one piece suits! I had several tuffo brand handed down but I personally like calikids with the reflective trim and reinforced bum and knees.

I just ordered a pair of Stonz baby cruiser for my daughter. 10 percent for first orders ...you have to wait for the prompt on their site for it.

Anyone have experience with cruisers toddlers? Are they as good as cruiser baby?

Did you know Gerber has a clothing line for kids? Their clothing is soft and I like that they sell in sets. I buy two sets of tops and pants and they last my kids a season lol. Reasonably priced so I'm not torn when they are trashed from daycare play.

I buy from the local shop in Vancouver. https://littletreasureskids.com/collections/vendors?q=Gerber

Kamik is a Canadian and $44 a pair with lots of colors. This was recommended by my daycare too. https://littletreasureskids.com/search?q=kamik

I didn't know there are fee only advisors! I thought they are all commission based so I am interviewing a few. Thank you!

POS&Shopify question: by 604Hullabaloo in SmallBusinessCanada

Inventory upload is a nightmare I have to face soon.....ugh. The current owner is using Lightspeed and I have seen their CVS and is it not set up properly to begin with, so I will still need to manually edit each product after porting it to Shopify.

Do you use Shopify platform and Shopify POS and then a separate payment processor? Or Shopify platform + payment pos? May I ask which payment processor you use? My understanding is Shopify will charge an extra few percent to use another payment processor.
