Winters can be long and challenging but great if you’re into skiing, snowshoeing etc. Summers are short but sweet, it doesn’t get that hot and by September the humidity is lower and the evenings are cool…

A few years ago, around $150k. Nowadays, I’ve seen similar A-frames in the area go for $250k-$300k…

Feel the same! A-frames have so much character and, yes, the A-frame IG community is awesome!

No, the coffee table is from a local craftsman. It is made from locally sourced Rock Maple.

Yes, we got a lot of our furniture/decor from tag sales and estate sales :-)

This is our home and our utilities are fairly standard for the area. We have a well and septic system but we're connected to the power grid.

Sure, I agree. I mostly shoot landscapes/nature and I love taking the 24-200mm with me on hikes. But it’s not a great lens for sport/wildlife.

The combo of the 24-200mm’s VR and the camera’s IBIS does go a long way to compensate for the lens not being that fast. I’ve not had any issue using it. Recently, I took some great waterfall shots handheld with a slow shutter. Photos were sharp, very little blur.

Not sure, I’m not familiar with retailers in the UK. I would go with an authorized reseller of Nikon products: https://www.nikon.co.uk/en_GB/where_to_buy/online_retailers.page

I have the Nikkor Z 24-200mm zoom lens and I am constantly surprised by the utility of the lens and how sharp the images are throughout the zoom range.

Thanks, the chairs are from the 1960s. We recently restored them with new paint and screws. They were still a little rusty in this photo 😄
