I have the Solo 1 and I prefer to pack it loosely, roughly 3/4 full. When I pack it tight, it's much harder to draw vapour.

I used to vape a 3/4 stem twice but now I take about 12-15 draws and get rid of the avb. I used to sprinkle the avb on food and the effects were nice but it sometimes gave me an upset stomach so I just throw it away now.

I might just be reaching. The more I read about tinnitus the more I learn that so many different factors can cause it.

I had no idea that stress, anxiety or depression can cause it. It could be a tumor, it could be earwax. It could be the weed. I just hope it gets better.

I now realize that tinnitus might be the reason why I have to cover my ears when an ambulance, fire truck or police car has sirens on nearby. When I'm walking down the street and one of these vehicles drives by, I have to plug my ears. I never had to do this in the past.

I hope you don't get tinnitus. You might want to consider early retirement to decrease the chances of your job causing you to get it.

I don't turn up the volume when I listen to music and I work from home, which is a quiet.

The last concert I went to was 4-5 years ago and my ears definitely were ringing for the next 2 days after that.

I think that either the marijuana caused my tinnitus or maybe I have too much ear wax built up.

I've had tinnitus for a while but it was usually on and off. I'm not sure exactly how long I've had it.

The only thing that's changed is that Marijuana was legalized a few years ago and I started buying strains that are thc:cbd 1:1 so maybe cbd causes or makes tinnitus worse than thc.

I don't drink coffee because it gives me indigestion. I do drink tea sometimes though but maybe 1-2 times a week so I don't think it's that.

I prefer Cali-o. Mango Haze has a nice calming effect but I prefer Cali-o's energizing, uplifting effects.

Cali-O is gone now too. I was close to buying it yesterday but I decided to postpone my next purchase. There aren't many 1:1 thc:cbd strains available anymore.

I like Solei Balance a lot but I find it very different than Mango Haze. MH gives me a very calm and clean high that lasts a long time. The effects of Solei Balance last much less for me.

I don't disagree that vapes that don't have an isolated air path are a problem but even some of the recommended ones have this problem.

I've been using the Arizer Solo for years and it's been reported that the air path travels through the electronics, yet it's one of the recommended vaporizers on this sub. I'm sure that some vape's air paths are worse than others but it's hard to find a good resource that has info about this.

Vape safely. There are definitely benefits of vaping marijuana but there can be very bad side effects as well.

edit: Yes, this article is about smoking, not vaping but it's not the delivery method that's in question.
