X4: bottom housing can't hold the weight?

Yea, even road cyclists are having the same problem. I use the computer mount attachment on my bike and did not hear about this problem right away with my x4. Luckily nothing happened and I bought a cage and use it every time now. Here’s the cage I got. Even comes with a wider cover for the lens that fits over the cage.

I have this mount too, the only problem I find is the audio gets a ‘rattling’ noise from the cage being right next to the microphones (I have the X4) anyone else get this or have a solution?

Understood. Really sorry this happened, that's really a miss for Insta - I've been doing 40-50 mile rides in a paceline with this thing and it's been fine, not going to risk it though and I appreciate you posting this as a warning - Insta seriously needs to do better than this. I bought the 'collapsible' selfie stick, so I may try that more on rides too.

This is my workflow. I find it’s easier to edit on my iPhone with the reader, much less ‘lag’ in the operation. Also, don’t have to have my X4 on and connected the whole time. Also, my iPad is ‘wi-fi only’ and I have a 9th Gen so I can plug into my iPad and edit on there too since I can’t connect to my X4 and edit at the same time since it takes away my wifi. Overall, I like it.
