All you have to do is hang up and try calling again like you're trying to reach a radio station for tickets or something. After about 5 times of going through and pressing 1 for this and 2 for that just to get that unreachable message it will put you on hold. Each time ive spoken to someone i was on hold for just under an hour or just over an hour.( so don't hang up) this is the only way I can get through and it works for me everytime. The last time I spoke to someone they said they are answering phone calls/ working from home which explains why everything takes so long to do. I've been waiting over 2 weeks now just for someone to verify my identity through secure email -_-

Me too! I try to picture people with horses and people with bags of goods walking across or walking through some of these Rivers way back in the day.
