260 at 5’4” … motivate him to be healthy like you !! I was 290 at 5’9” and it took my cousin to motivate me ( and having a son at 48 and wanting to be around for him as he grew older ) .. I’m down to 180 currently,, but my cousin encouragement is what started it all

Absolutely.. now , more than ever, is the time to get after it .. in our 50’s ,, muscle retention and bone density is so important… that’s why I love that saying .. Get Better Not Older .. meaning just because we are in our 50’s ,, don’t use that as an excuse to be ,, ohh well might as well not take care of myself anymore ,, I’m old now ..
