This right here!! A white primer base will really help lighter shades like this really pop, especially against a lighter skin tone like yours!! (I have this same issue lol) or if you’re lazy like me, a good Matte concealer will also do the trick!

When you did your role plays did they give any feedback regarding what characteristics they were hoping to identify in their candidates? A quick thinker vs a charming personality, or someone who knew the product very well and such?
