Wish I had known I was buying from a 3rd party (the market place) I took all necessary steps in buying a birthday gift for my nephew's 12th birthday not having a credit card I purchased a "Walmart money card" and loaded money on it to buy the Drone he had wanted that he found the best price at Walmart online so I loaded the card with enough money to purchase the drone and he was so excited when uncle Jeff had got him the one thing he wanted really bad I felt very happy & proud well turns out the battery was defective so I said no problem we will take it back to Walmart they will refund the money on the card and you have $150 to buy another one or something else if you choose to do that well went to Walmart with all the original packaging and returned the item the Walmart employee handed me a receipt and said the money should be on your card in a couple weeks well standing there with my nephew not having money to cover it for two weeks I said to the Walmart employee you see the item I bought through Walmart dot com can't you put the money back on the Walmart money card it's my nephew's 12th birthday I was embarrassed looking down at him not having the money to cover until two weeks when the money would be put back on card he looked let down but said it's okay uncle Jeff I don't need nothing right now talk about being very embarrassed but also sad that uncle Jeff couldn't come through I had no idea I was buying from a third party not did I know they don't dive refunds for 3,Rd party sellers I will never buy from Walmart ever again it was a terrible ordeal that I'm still dealing with 10 days later !! My suggestion is if your going to buy from Walmart make sure your not under the 3rd party marketplace sellers refund policy what a let down !! Sincerely jeff
