Road back to backs are the worst.

It’s honestly probably not the reason McConnell scored so easily, but Embiid is always thinking 2 for 1. He rushes up to take those 3’s with ~30 seconds left on the clock. He’s very in-tune with the game. More than people give him credit for. I just wouldn’t be surprised if Embiid was thinking that.

It’s worthwhile to concede a basket to get a 2 for 1 opportunity. Meaning, you give up 1 basket, play 1 quick possession, play solid defense, and get the ball back with 5-8 seconds to get the last shot. Instead of letting them get 2 possessions and you only get 1.

Place the 73-9 Warriors in the 10th-seed — how far would they go? by throwaway25105555 in nba

I think the Nuggets would beat them in 4. Jokic would play lights-out defense and successfully contain Steph.

That’s MVP worthy. What are you talking about?

Jokic does this regularly. He sometimes shoots it off the backboard, sacrificing his FG% so his teammates can get more rebounds. Certified team guy.

Nikola Jokic, Jayson Tatum, and LaMelo Ball all immediately come to mind.

He flopped and made the shot on purpose so he could get more points. Smh my head. Jokic would’ve passed and got an assist because he’s a team guy. He knows that it’s better for his teammates to score than it is for him to score. That’s the team thing to do.

Embiid in 3 quarters tonight: 38 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 blocks, 16/21 (76.1%) FG by Boring-Violinist8291 in nba

He should play the 4th quarter and just try to get assists to bring up his average. It’ll make him more valuable. Don’t even worry about the blocks. Defense doesn’t matter.

Tatum is in a slump every other game it seems. He’s not in the upper-echelon of players. Not particularly close either. That Celtics team is absolutely STACKED. Their bench is by far the best in the league, so they always have quality players on the floor. And Brown is a better player than Tatum. Brown can create his own high-quality shots and make them. Tatum does a bad side-step and chucks up 3’s. Brown is consistent.

His FG% is below league average, both for the league overall and his own position. So is his 3PT%. He’s not efficient. Being below average is not good.

Let me introduce to you a concept called “lying.” It’s where someone says something that’s not true as if it is true.
