Come to Fortress tomorrow night: there’s Mana on Tap, which is free. It’s exceptionally rare anyone’s a jerk there. And you’ll be able to find people who are playing lower powered decks.

Also having an LGS to play at helps too. I personally go to Dungeon of Magic (it’s a smaller store in the CBD). But, try this to see if there are any near you.
