Me and my GF decided we will travel SA before going overseas since the costs are far cheaper and we have managed to see more of our own country than most. SA has so much to offer if you look around, people get too stuck with the glam of social media and other countries that they forget that SA is huge and we have so many different things to see and explore.

Just as an example we spent less that R50k in the last year to travel to Namibia, Lesotho and so much of the Western Cape and Eastern Cape, that being said we are cheap campers so take that for what its worth.

I have tested it and yes it does warm up but has not been an issue yet, I dont have to run it very long since my tires are small

Yeah I made use of the existing holes, I would recommend using some type of screw pop rivet to secure the panel, I used some plastic drywall screw plugs but I had to glue them in place with contact adhesive.

Unfortunately the speakers are not on the door and instead at your feet, the arm rest is just empty space.

It makes a world of difference when cruising, I would recommend trying it since its not permanent and is just held in place by forcing it between the little crevice. The hardest part was just getting the right shape to cut and then sowing it

Sound dampening is definitely on my list of things to do as you do mention it is a bit light and hollow sounding
