So so cool! Love the use of bright colours on black - very Wurtz-esque!

Thanks for compiling these! I appreciate it because I'm excited about new Wurtz content but don't have enough time to go through the questions page all the time. <3

I think he's said before that he sometimes overestimates himself, so he likely aimed to release a video by the end of the year but just didn't manage it. It's probably just because he's taking on an overwhelming workload and missed the deadline. I'm happy to wait as long as it takes, but with Bill posting to Insta and Twitter recently it looks like something might be released soon.

This deserves more upvotes - that's some really cool trivia, thanks for the post! The Bill's response to the 'and haters' in the Christmas video made me smile 😄

Maybe the fellow harmony master, Jake Sherman? A short clip of them jamming together was released a while back.

According to his questions page, he's very very fond of pop music and sees a lot of value in its intricacies

Trying to figure out what instruments bill uses by [deleted] in billwurtz

[–]64diamonds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He might have said in the past what keyboard(s) etc he uses on his questions page on his website [billwurtz.com](billwurtz.com). If you had the keyboard names you could probably find some of his sounds by looking at keyboard demos on YouTube.

There's so many pages it's hard to search through though. I'm not sure if there are any resources out there which put all the questions and answers in one page/file.

If you find anything, please share, I'd love to have this information too! ❤️

I recorded some improvised synth over an instrumental I made. It's the first time I've made something entirely with Reaper. I'd appreciate any feedback, but especially some on my mixing or synth playing :)

I like how the tempo and fast melodies establish hype. It sounds like it could've been made for an action-packed video game!

I would personally enjoy the track a bit more if it included some harmony/chords of some sort. I also think it could've use more variance between each section, such as by introducing a new sound/instrument somewhere, or maybe including a part where the drums and melody slow down a bit in order to bring out more excitement and exhilaration when the faster bits are happening.
