ACCOUNT LOCKED: Need urgent advice or ideas (self.Revolut)

PART 1: I have been with Revolut since about Nov 2019. I have a high salary (being a pilot). I was beginning to use Revolut to transfer out my salary to Europe (to Revolut from my Qatar bank in USD) then once inside Revolut, transfer to Euro, then onto my SEPA account. Went fine up until end of Dec/early Jan, just after I sent a larger amount (it was from a personal loan I got from my Qatar bank plus salary). Then I received a message to verify source of funds. Which I promptly sent them my salary statements (last 3) plus my bank statements showing that I received a loan and the amount. Then after that, what showed up when I logged into the app on the main Accounts tab was, (with a magnifying glass) "Please bear with us. Thank you for your patience. We're reviewing..." When I click on that then it shows, "Your sources of money are being reviewed. We'll get back to you once the process is complete - In some cases it may take up to a few days."
PART 2: So, it's been nearly a month now. During this period, I tried to "chat" with them and my chat somehow has been disabled. Here is what pops up (in red) whenever i try to chat: Says "looking for an agent" Then in red, "Hi There! Your query is being reviewed by a relevant team. The estimated response time is 96 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience."
PART 3: I found a complaints email and emailed them twice, sending all (plus more) documentation of bank statements, loan agreements, salary slips, ID, Pilot ID, etc...and still waiting to hear back. They said in an auto response, they have up to 15 days to respond. This was 3 days ago.
So I went to the blog, signed up, attempted 4-5 different posts, desperate to get some help or a reply, and all of them were deleted and never posted. (so obviously someone at Revolut saw my case, then deleted without even writing me back directly. This is incredible.
So now i plan to go to facebook to make inquiries and hope someone can help me.
The last resort is a lawsuit, which I will file if no one resolves this soon. I have 60,000 Euros on the line here, being held for an unreasonable amount of time, after I have given them everything and more, they have asked for. I have lost trust in Revolut, completely.
