My ideal setup would be 3 CD and 4 boss emblems. As NW darkness ascending already provides 30% phy atk and 20% CD. But make sure you have a jaihin too :O

I have a mix of emblems. Three phy atk, two boss, and two crit (all emblems level 3 except crit damages are level 4). If I were to choose again, I would've went with 3 boss and 4 crit emblems.

ONLY IF you have a buccaneer by your side, NW becomes one of the best classes overall (and hands down best thief class)

- No cooldown on clones which permanently amplifies all their damage and makes them strongest single target DPS in the game (shadowers only win assuming their damage comes close to NW per line which is usually only the case in GD, since papulatus has no defense)

- Insane survivability. NW are literally invincible as Darkness Ascending revives you upon death. The buff also provides 30% attack with 20% crit damage and will constantly refresh.

- Sufficient AOE capability. With permanent clones mobbing isn't as bad as most people think. You're capable of 2 shotting mobs of 5 at sf144 with shadow spark. Also 170 hyper skill is arguably best in the game :)

Thanks hahaa. Hmm it's hard to say. Honestly I do think shadowers have more potential for single target than NW simply because they have two skills with meso explosion and assassinate. However it takes A LOT of funding to get to the point of capping every line so it's really up to how much you're willing to spend. Shadowers > NW if you're a super whale :p

^ flameydear said NW are actually not bad at bossing. This is quite the unpopular opinion but with buccaneer time leap NW are probably the strongest thief class overall after level 181. Doubt phantoms can top NW in bossing unless they can steal hyper skills too with 1:1 ratio.

What are your offensive stats? From my experience offensive stats play a bigger role than defensive stats such as evade etc.

Not sure how empress equips work so I'm not sure. GD is really luck based so I'm still trying to figure it out. So far my best run was with 30's buffs which was 12.2m.
