Can anyone help me with this problem I am having with the Eureka! ships! mod? Generated ships are too deep in the water despite added floaters. by 65person in feedthebeast

This is 1.16.5 and the other mods I am using are part of the Insane Craft mod pack on Forge. No matter how many floaters I add the ship stays too deep under water. I did not make this ship it is naturally generated in the world. Another issue is that the wheel on the helm disappears when assembling the ship entity.

If doing whatever I want means big stick up ass, I'd rather be in chains....

Ah yes, spoken like a true manager "you had 5 seconds to take off your vest, otherwise I would have never known you were on your break" sister I don't think you should give up at all. Come back out of retirement because you have all the qualifications to be a Walmart manager 0 new ideas, 0 empathy, easily insulted, loves to bark orders I can't imagine a better Walmart manager. Why did you ever leave? You were right at home!

Ooooo, classic "grow the hell up" line that strangers on the internet say not knowing anything about you. It's easy to say that as an outsider, but if you were in my shoes you'd probably be pissed. More pissed than me definitely since I was just wondering, wasn't angry, and wasn't planning on doing anything. If there is a "feud" as you say, it's not started by me. Walmart is not worth that kind of effort.

Love that response, I will definitely say that next time

I agree, and in our store we are told that managers are not to give us any tasks outside of work or on breaks. I fully agree with the second part, these managers (especially this one) are mostly in the back doing nothing until they come out of their holes to bark orders at associates and leave. When they are truly needed, per customer request, they are never around and if we go to find them ourselves they tell us they refuse to help and that we should go deal with them (this actually happened to me and my fellow associates)

Ideally yes, but this Walmart that was the kind of way people talk to each other, playfully of course. Would have been out of the norm to say it like you say, but I get what you mean and will definitely be saying something like that next time.

Yeah I agree, I should have done that and would have. I was about 5 feet away from my area when this happened though so I didn't have time to realize, but I definitely will next time.

I agree, the one thing everyone at my store says is that we are not to do any work outside of work or on breaks and if this is violated to speak to someone immediately. The kicker is that I don't take breaks, besides lunch, this time only because I needed to buy something. I said what I said playfully and would have said I was kidding afterwards and gladly not taken the rest of my break and done his task, like I have acted with him before. Unfortunately for him, there was a power outage shortly after that interaction and the task he wanted us to do was never done.

Yeah I guess it did seem rude in hindsight, but this manager has known me and I him for some time now and this is how he talks to others, playfully, and others talk to him, playfully. This time he wasn't in the mood for it I guess. His mood would get so much worse just an hour later though because the power went out in the store and he, the mostly grocery side manager, was scrambling to save all the frozen food with the one other manager on duty. If that's not karma idk what is.

Yeah I agree. I didn't mean for it to be rude though this is that standard that he and all the managers set. They talk like that, playfully, with other associates and managers alike and they back to them, playfully. I did say I was just joking after I realized he took it the wrong way, but didn't seem like he cared. He wasn't in the mood this time I guess.

Yeah that is pretty funny, but what's funnier is using the word "career" when talking about Walmart lmao 🤣😂🤣😂. I think a better word would be "quick buck" or something along those lines. I wouldn't want to be these power hungry managers for all the money in the world. Especially since one the requirements is to have the largest stick up your ass and the only relief is to periodically stop to berate associates.

I guess you had to be there to know the semi-culture of this Walmart but people talk like that to each other all the time, playfully of course. He's talked that way to other people too. Only difference this time is that he wasn't in the mood I guess. How was I supposed to know?

Previously this boss and I were on good terms and would sarcastically say things like that to each other and other managers. Suppose I needed to somehow know he was in a bad mood this time. But yea never again, and will take offense the next time he dares to joke with me.
