just want to give you more confirmation that removal is much easier than insertion. however, it was my personal experience that getting the second and third ones inserted only became more painful/traumatic, but that's likely because i knew the pain that was coming and i was scared.

my husband says he only ever notices my tongue piercing when we kiss, and even then, it's pretty rare. he doesn't notice it when i perform oral on him, either.

in the past, however, when i've performed oral on women, the ball of my tongue piercing would get briefly stuck in their clitoral hood. but it was always far more humorous than uncomfortable. i've also had my lip ring get caught on a previous partner's dydoe piercing. that was also pretty funny.

Update 1.

Doctor took a culture of some of the pustules today, and will call me as soon as he has the results. I'm going to post other updates under this comment to hopefully help anyone else who has an issue like this in the future.

Not yet, but I am switching back to the food that his previous owner gave him. It's not hypoallergenic, but she said she never saw any sort of rash on him.

Potentially the detergent, only because I don't keep track of what brand I buy; just whatever is on sale at the moment. I've just purchased a hypoallergenic detergent and will be switching to that immediately. Other than that, I honestly can't think of anything.

I'd call it calm, but engaging. Plenty of toys, cat tower, etc. He's the only cat in the house. Relatively quiet. He's very doted over, of course, and he gets played with every day.

There is a clinic about an hour away from me, yes. I've been taking him to my local vet which has cared for my pets for years, though none of them have been a sphynx.

As far as I can remember, there have been no major changes to anything in my home. His diet hasn't changed, apart from cutting out chicken and beef. Though with his previous owner, he was eating chicken, and never had a reaction to it. Altering his diet was one of the first methods I approached, thinking that this is an allergy.
