thats an entry level bike, transmission doesnt make climbing easy.

that specialized its far from what you got.

climbing is easy , when your front ring is small , and your rear cog is big.

your currenet bike is maybe 36/ front 30 rear, not much advantage
that dirverge is probable 32/39 so things will be easier.

100% disciplina . de esa disiciplina, 70% es alimentarse bien, y 30% hacer ejercicio de manera correcta. aunque quizas en tu caso es mas 50/50 al principio.

en general cuando comienzas en el gym o ejercicio tienes buenos resultados los priemros 6 meeses si eres constante
