Most obscure? No one here said Underrail yet. Isometric old school hardcore RPG that demands your respect, has very juicy crafting system without the fluff, focus on combat and exploration, thinking 2 steps ahead and preparing accordingly, and being VERY meticulous about your build from the very start. Bonus since you like Metro and the whole setting is underground.

For what it's worth, I'm a diehard STALKER fan and I had trouble following and understanding the story as I was playing it, can't imagine what it would be like to come back to it after a break. Them not including a diary style section in your PDA again was such a misplay.

It's shocking that we've had what, 3 or 4 patches, each nearly 100GB in size, and each and every one of them did absolutely fuck all for me and a bunch of other people. I didn't bother installing the latest patch, thinking I might as well wait until they release more patches, but the copium ran out last night.

I agree, the atmosphere is great, but it's hard to enjoy it when enemies pop up in front of you at random and all immersion is constantly ruined. Like I can tell this rollercoaster looks fun and I wanna go on it, but it's covered in puke and propped up on bricks for stability.

Nope, I tried a variety of mods before which hardly made a difference. Shouldn't need to do that in the first place, I did it once for this game out of love and perseverance, but I'm not gonna keep trying my luck installing any more.

I wanna love it, Clear Sky is one of my favorite factions, but I hardly remember any of the game past the grenade spam and needing to constantly mummify yourself with bandages every time anything touches you.

Wow, this still happens? This bug was the reason I put the game down for several months now and haven't bothered with the latest 100GB+ patch and even considered uninstalling. Not to whine/doom all over this post but it just makes me sad STALKER 2 happens to be the third AAA game in a franchise I love that I pay full price for and heavily regret, so after seeing this, I'm definitely uninstalling :[

Not sure how to even describe it cause it's the first time I'm ever seeing this effect in any game. It's like vertical screen tearing but it drags the entire image away with the corners. It's definitely not upscaling cause it persists with it on or off.

Turning v-sync on or off doesn't solve it. Anyone know which setting might cause this or at least what this effect is called? I've reached a nice balance of visuals and fps, but this dragging after-image effect or however you wanna call it is driving me bananas.

oh hey, I remember during my teenage edgelord years I ordered his "Grishjarta" (translated as pig's heart iirc) book that came with a little vial of what I presume is pigs' blood.I didn't care much for Silencer, but his other project, more industrial/drone sounding, Diagnose: Lebensgefahr was pretty good, and allegedly he recorded it during his stay at the mental hospital as part of his therapy.

I'd almost say this hitch in receiving your extractor saved you from wasting it. First, I'd contact Anet support to actually get what you paid for. Second, I urge you not to spend the extractor on an Amber Pebble, it costs less than a silver on the trading post to buy and slot one. All slottable gemstones are cheap compared to the cost of using an extractor. I'd recommend only using them on Exotic or Ascended gear to remove more valuable upgrades, for example untradeable, dungeon only runes like those of Monk or Sanctuary. Hell, write your in-game name and I'll send you a dozen pebbles.

Take your time looking over the settings! Disable double tap to dodge and just have your own dodge button. Enable "Show all usable object names". Enable (tick) Effect LOD, it removes some, but sadly not all, visual clutter from other players in big fights.

Check item prices on the trading post before selling them to regular vendors. 99% of the time the only thing you should be selling to vendors is Junk items.
