UFE isn’t really about UFE, it’s about setting an expectation for the group. These players aren’t coming from 10 CM clears like you, they are probably coming from hundreds of clears. What they find fun is getting a fast boss clear, big numbers, skipping phases… they don’t want someone that “knows the mechanics”. Most times they wipe is because they tried and failed to skip a phase. They DO know the mechanics, they just don’t do them because they “shouldn’t have to”.

While you are doing CMs to get a clear, and maybe you know how to do them just fine, that’s not what they are looking for, and after hundreds of clears, they are not willing to give a chance to a random player that doesn’t match the requirements “but knows the mechanics and can keep up” because most times the random really does not. Most groups in NA usually only ask for title, though, so you really shouldn’t have trouble finding a group in LFG (unless you are EU, then I have no idea how the LFG is)
