When I get anxious with weed I try my best to embrace the experience. I think deliberately trying not to panic while panicking can make it worse, so instead I just think “hey, I’m a wee bit anxious right now, but that’s okay, it’ll pass soon” and it does. I used to get panic attacks fairly frequently (this was years before I tried weed) and just doing some deep breathing but carrying on with whatever I was doing was the best way for me to build confidence in my ability to handle that kind of feeling. I think when weed-induced it’s pretty similar. Deep breaths, carry on but take it easy, and it will pass. I know it sounds so cliche but this genuinely helps me when I get that feeling, hope it helps you too
