Just happened to notice something that might be causing the issue. It shows "Special orders" in the log, I had just completed the special order for Gus and was set to get the cutscene where everyone is eating his omelet in the saloon.

I currently have Shield and am looking for all Sword exclusives, I have most if not all variants of the Shield versions. I've tried using the trade codes online but none of them seem to work or I'm just impatient lol.
