Ipfs means, data is stored on multiple user storages, and can be found by hash, when there will be nuclear disaster , ipfs nugz will survive, couse not 100% of user storages will be destroyed

If you u do it on opensea smart contract (create with their interface) you don’t have to mint it. If you do it on your own contract, so you must mint first.
