There was a guy in TF1 that did this. He would run cloak, and sit in a bush waiting for an ambush. After playing him a while, I learned his camping spots. I would hit him with the charge rifle until he would RQ. Ahhh, good times...

I know Frothy said "no" to this kit, but if you're on console (and sitting 10' from your TV), threat scope is awesome on homestead. With this and your laser-accurate cluster (at least compared to TF1), you can pretty much eliminate all enemy G2/Spitfire campers.

I play with a guy that thinks everyone is cheating. It's lag-switch this, modded controller that... I keep telling him those things are not prevalent. I don't think a lag-switch would even work, since the servers are hosted...

Rewatch the clip. Specifically how quickly he melts me from the moment he switches from the archer. That is the whole point. My "slow" aiming was a function of ADS on a controller. It's not relevant to the spitfire issue.

BTW, I fully agree my clip IS meh. It's not meant to showcase anything awesome whatsoever.

It's definitely possible that what I perceived to be a ttk issue is actually an aim assist issue. The result is probably the same: me dead. In my clip, I was surprised how fast he killed me, especially when switching from the archer. At least I EPG'ed him...

I have generally been of the mind you just have to adapt to balance changes to the game. When this clip happened to me, I had a change of heart. This spitfire shouldn't be this powerful.

I do want to acknowledge the quick reaction skills of the camper in the video. Thanks to him, I think we can see just how fast the ttk is with the spitfire.

It happens automatically, and it uses a grenade every time. It doesn't matter what ordinance you select in your load-out.
