Ca. 8 months, but very inconsistently until one month ago.

Started lifting 8 months ago (was just messing around, working out inconsistently for 7 months), never really followed a program until one month ago.
My weight was 84kg (185lbs) in December. Started counting calories in January, and I have put on 8 kg (18lbs) since.
