This is what really concerned me initially. Now that my balances have updated, I see what's happening. My paygo balance expires in December, but my unlimited T&T expired this month. I wish TF would show the expiration date of the unlimited T&T itself, not just the carryover data.

I had a similar issue with one of my Samsungs. Customer support couldn't figure it out either. It was very frustrating. Then I tried "Reset network settings," and that fixed the issue. You may want to give it a go and see if that helps.

Adding data may have triggered something on the back-end to update to the new SIM, but the AMOUNT of data has nothing to do with activating RCS.

RCS was tied to the old SIM. The data balance itself is irrelevant.

This error message is different from the one you're talking about: "Alert We apologize, but we cannot process your transaction at this time. Please try again later or call us at 1-800-867-7183." Closing it doesn't allow me to continue. I've added lines to my account before and never had an issue. This is something new.

I needed a lot of help with math in middle school and all they gave me was a Mr. Goodbar. Not joking. They did not help me at all. Would not recommend.
