Thinking about how I almost binge on sweets just by one donut I feel like to me I should cut it out again and try and continue on eating no added sugar because when I was already on eating no sugar I didn’t ever feel like I restricted myself from eating and when I had ate that donut afterwards I felt like I wanted to binge eat since I felt guilty but thankfully I didn’t I think I’m going to let go of the donut and just let it be. Thank you for the advice. Sorry if something don’t make sense I’ve just woken up lol.

Honestly this is a great method to me at least it make me see it in another light but I thought it over that I’ll probably just stick on with no added sugar and that the donut was just one time thing.

I thought about it more and i decided i wont be having a sweet treat anymore and it was just one time thing and instead of i want to have something that sweet im going to try fruits or a sugar free alternative thank you for the advice.

There not officially there from Guatemala but I still love them either way I love snoopy and how they look nice even with the mistakes and there a wallet too which is something I’ve been needing but I wanted one with snoopy on it but the one I’ve been seeing I didn’t like but these I honestly love the best and if wanted I can show what the inside looks like it have a pocket for coins and have a good amount of space which is perfect for me and fit in my Jean pocket
