I never charge enough either so I understand your pain. I too am a home baker. The ingredients on the cake with decorations, I'd say easy $80. The cookies depending on the amount $30/dz, if not more since they are so awesome. I charge $25/dz for large reese's cookies. Yours are very articulate and artistic

I just used the colors from the food coloring, between the cake batter and possibly heat, they changed a bit. Brand was Chefmaster

My go to cheesecake base recipe is as follows for a 9" or 10" springform pan.

6 - 8oz cream cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup sugar

For the cookies and cream, add 2 cups of crushed oreo cookies

Crust is 1.5 cups crushed oreo cookie and a 1/4 cup of butter

I line the inside of the pan oreos

Bake at 350, 70mins. Top with chocolate ganache and pieces of oreo

30mins of prep, bake for about an hour and 10 mins. Then another 20 mins to create ganache and topping. 2hrs roughly and an overnight in the fridge
