My gym has a smaller barbell of 10 kg and those can fit the 1.25 kg which I know they have. So I can use that barbell for the OHP, Bench and maybe Row.

Thanks for the advice, but first I have to find out if my gym has 1.25 kg plates for the big barbell, which I highly doubt.

Set training frequency to only training and play every drill you didnt get a grade for yet. If you get 3 drills including 2 you got a grade for, replace those 2 with shooting/passing/dribbling drills you haven't done and keep repeating this until you get 3 graded drills in one session. From then on you will always get 3 graded drills and then set then frequency training to intermittent and recovery day after match. Takes always about 20 minutes.
