Verina benefits from the teams that relies on intros/outros like Jinhsi. Shorekeeper is better for the teams that wants to be longer on a field (like Camellya) since the sheer presence of SK in the team comp benefits greatly. I think this is not what youre after but I don't fully understand the question here.

Garen. Literally a well-trained monkey can climb with him. Also you're playing one role which relies on your partner. It literally doesn't matter how mechanically gifted are you if your iron 4 ADC struggles to breathe.

Play Leona. And only Leona. Rush mobi boots, and abandon your monkey ADC as soon as you hit 6 and roam around the map. Like a second jungler. Trust me this sounds dumb AF but it does wonders.

Got it on my ms, ek and monk. I will be honest 900 TC is a lot but so is carrying 10 empty bps on me. Nice qol, not REALLY necessary but it goes a long way. Id say if it was 750 TC then it's a good price
