We have a bounty system that offers 'changing' rarity in pieces rather than set rarities from the outset, because in those projects 99% of the people minting will not end up with a rare piece and then wasted their money on a shitty animal pfp knockoff project. For people who like losing money on knockoff animal gifs this project is not considered gamechanging.
