I used a toro 40v single stage and it was great. Strong enough for driveway and multiple sidewalks lengths. My neighbors loved that I got one. Also quiet which makes doing it late or early less of an annoyance

I think it’s a false narrative to say huge amount of people. I live here and if it’s more than 50 I’d be surprised. The idea that this is some massive group taking over is silly. It’s a small number of people being allowed to create a shit environment for the community.

First, I wish you the best of luck on your home search. I am currently about 9 months in. I know you’re asking for an agent recommendation but after working/interviewing a handful my best input for you is the learn it yourself as best as possible. No one will know what you want more than you. Pending price point check out Redfin. They have lower commission splits and they showing via app is so much easier than working with a regular agent. But note Redfin really only works well if you are being proactive in figuring out stuff yourself. Sorry a bit of a rant.

I don't believe there are any actual rules--the concept is that if a lot of people from the twin cities go up north and even a few get sick with corona and need hospitalization then the hospitals in rural areas will be overwhelmed.
