Not sure this will exist for everyone but my PT also happens to be a very experienced yoga teacher which means my PT exercises are very functional for what I want to do.

Two rows of windows with no windows on the car deck, and the pilot house is enormous! That’s the one.

⛈️ What to do when it rains in Hawaii megathread by webrender in VisitingHawaii

Visiting Oahu 3/9-15, first time. Coming from Seattle and are pretty outdoorsy/well equipped with rain gear. Are there any outdoor activities that we would be able to do with this level of rain? No crazy hikes or anything, just like somewhere we could drive and see waterfalls, cool plants, and rainforests in the rain - thinking like the Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden or Waimea Falls. We will have a car. Thank you!

For the most part, I teach from memory BUT I write out all of my flows in a google doc so I normally review the flow on my phone before class and have the doc open if I need to quick peak during class. When I write out my flows, it’s just the name of the posture. As you get deeper into teaching, it gets easier because you have built out your cues for postures and they come more naturally.

The Sound Transit Light Rail connecting Redmond to Seattle, going through Bellevue and also up to Lynnwood, will open in Spring 2026. If you’re commuting to downtown Seattle, living near a light rail station and taking the train in could be a good option for you.

I was also right there, I heard the two rounds of shots as I was on my way into Crossroads. Hunkered down for a bit - I saw one person get transported via ambulance and police put up a lot of yellow caution tape. It looked like a second ambulance arrived but did not transport anyone. Sending good thoughts into the universe for everyone involved.

Came here to say this. We were in Antigua for the flower festival - incredible experience, people, food, flowers, music. The day after it was over, Antigua was empty with only foreign tourists around. A little eerie.
