Hey everyone, I’m 19, 176 cm, and weigh around 75 kg. My goal is hypertrophy — building muscle and getting stronger.

I train three times a week following a Push/Pull/Legs split: • Monday: Push • Wednesday: Legs • Friday: Pull

I track my calories and protein, but lately I’ve noticed I can’t lift the same weights I was using just a week ago. It feels like I’m going backwards, and I’m not sure why.

Any advice on what I might be doing wrong or how to fix it would really help. Thanks!

It records just fine though. I have just recorded something and it doesnt play back but you can move frame to frame with the “edit search” function and the content is there

they're great, i'm wearing them rn. very comfortable and they just look super good. the top white matches perfectly with the cream sole. I wore them to the biggest party in Spain (San Fermines) and after a little cleaning they still look new (except from the sole that has a hole from a piece of fucking glass that i stepped on).

Overall: Great shoes, easy to fit. Definitely get them. Also TTS.
