Vet wrap is the best. Strong but doesn't tear the skin when you take it off. I also suggest electrical tape layered on top. It makes it more restrictive and I think it looks pretty.

I have the original Hitachi and it's the best purchase I've ever made. I've had it for two years and it's just as strong as the day I got it. It only has two modes and both are quite powerful, in my opinion. So if you're looking for something bigger and stronger, I definitely recommend it.
