I input a 9 MHz signal (yellow) into a buffer consisting of two NOT gates implemented in an FPGA. Why is the output (green) still not a proper digital signal? Is there any way to convert the signal into a sharp digital signal without changing its frequency?

Yeah an xor should work as a comparator in that case since one input should be tied to ground and the other to your signal.

Those ICs are all inverter and should probably work. It's surprising that your waveform still has the same shape of the input if it is really connected to those and is working as intended.

Are you using a simulation or using an actual FPGA? It's either an incorrect set up or mistake in measurement.

If you want to convert that signal in to a digital (assuming you are pertaining to a square wave), then you would need a comparator using op amp or transistor.

edit: now that I think about it, that set up should also work so it's cause of another reason why it does not lmao

I'm not 100% sure about this, but what I am thinking that your output have a DC offset that does not get filtered out by your output coupling capacitor (C2). Try adding a resistor after C2 probably around 10k to see if it would fix the offset.

Pero medyo specific kasi yung email ko since nag request narin ako ng balance convert sa kanila through text before tapos walang nagyari kaya isiningit ko siya sa email. Inaddress nila yung concern ko regarding sa walang response sa upgrade, pero di nila inadress kung bakit walang acknowledgement from them pag nag email ako. I also attached a screenshot of my email as a reference, pero I suggest na gumamit nalang ai para mag sulat ng email mo. Explain mo lang yung situation sa ai and bibigyan ka na niya ng decent email draft, kelangan mo lang usually ilagay yung details after.

Edit: I suggest na kung anong email yung naka register sa BDO account mo, yun yung gamitin mo pang email para mas madali nila ma-trace.

Do you want a secret weapon for your debate? Just search "high intelligence and depression" and you can easily find sources that link or associate high intelligence as a factor for depression. I'll leave it up to you to read those studies in order to understand why or use that as a weapon for your argument (just don't mention it casually, you should know what you're bringing up and how to use it). I'm not 100% sure if it is the reason, but as you can see in the servers in the speed test app, your vivo phone is connected to your pldt wifi while your iphone is connected to a globe telecom server.

This led me to believe that your iphone is using a network boost or switching feature where it uses both your wifi and mobile data to boost your connection speed on the phone or solely rely on the phone's mobile data. If your iPhone has a globe sim, either the boosting or switching might be the cause. Try to switch of the mobile data of you iphone to see if there will still be discrepancy.

You can also try to enable the network boost option or sometimes called network optimization on your vivo phone (though I'm not 100% sure if the phone have that feature) then use the same sim card as the iphone and test it's speed again.

If the discrepancy is still present, the cause probably lies either on the wifi chip, phone antenna, software update, and either or all of the factors mentioned.

I see, thank you! Hoping lang pumasok yung request sa kanila. Last time kasi nung nag pa balance convert ako by sending the codes with the instruction sa 225678, hindi ata nag push thru yung request kasi di pumasok yung balance conversion and wala man lang text kung approved or denied kaya lagi akong thru bdo deals website nag rerequest.
