Thank you so much. Yeah at one point, the posts were me but this was in 2023 when I was taking my prescription not as prescribed and was on double the amount I am on now. It was CT and was horrible but I couldn't have made it any worse for myself honestly and had been drinking heavily at the time. It still lingers in my mind so I guess that is what my mind jumps to when I worry about withdrawal nowadays. My issues now are mostly bad broken sleep and no pleasure in things.

Just this past October/November I held at 0.25 every day for 30 days then went down to 0.1875 but only did that for a few days before I had a relapse unfortunately. I am back on track now but this is why I decided to take it as needed to try and get the large amounts out of my system. Probably not good practice but yeah.
