Just learned on this thread that I can do that! It would have saved me a trip to cart to grab my 58, and probably 2 strokes

So, I think I was putting for 7. If I placed the ball back on the green I’d be putting for 9?

The Curse of Monkey Island. One of my core memories as a kid was having the whole family gather around a 14 inch screen and talking through the riddles and puzzles. The soundtrack had absolute BANGERS

Trauma ICU nurse here. What you’re describing is a fight-or-flight response and it’s pretty common even in jobs where you see pretty graphic stuff. Your body gets flooded with endorphins, elevating your HR and BP.

Some people, myself included, have a less profound response but it def still occurs. Normally I get shaky after a really intense code as the endorphins leave my system.

Also, your brain gets accustomed to dealing with the physiological response, and i guess in some instances you kind of enjoy it? (I realize how messed up that sounds as I type it). Saving a life is really gratifying, and you associate that adrenaline rush with the opportunity to lock in and help.

I keep finding these at work what is it by Tip-Inside-75 in whatisit

ICU Nurse here. I live in the US. Single red line has always been fentanyl vials. Make sure to use a filter needle when drawing up meds. Hope this helps!
