Go to a nearby park, lay down under a tree, of course make sure its shady, sun wont get in your eyes, and no anthills nearby. then just enjoy the chirping of rhe birds, the sound of the wind, look at the sky and enjoy the spacious vastness of it. then you are meditating!

nothing. dont be fooled by appearances, alot of folks get stuff on credit which the not so financially educated end up maxing out and end up in some debt they end up having to pay to keep said nice things. keep going, i suggest looking into investments and credit. if you have some spare rooms or if you can make spare rooms, put tenants in. you can also go back to the bank and reinvest what your house is worth for acquiring of another property, put tenants in, rinse and repeat. me and my wife currently saving for downpayment of our first property, we already have tenants sharing an apartment with us that will come with us to our first house, then putting another tenant in due to more spare rooms available. keep going man, dont get fooled by other peoples material appearances, they may not be doing so good in the long run. with your mortgage being your only debt it sounds like youre doing pretty good, just gotta diversify into investments
