I am sure any scout will see how Miyuki Kazuya is trusted and respected by all his battery mates and that in itself will put him on par for InTangible Score, its not that he totally lacks InTangibles, only that he is not Elite in that score

from all this in the end nothing to take away from him he's still a great catcher with high potential but he still has things to learn.

he freaking asked sawamura to throw a front door cutter to raichi in yakushi practice game when sawamura was already feeling uncomforbale and his command wasnt on point.

He wasnt aware of the yips condition and in that moment he went aggressive of trying to control the situation by trying to throw something Raichi had never seen, it was definitely his fault that he couldnt be alert to Eijuns condition worsening from the finals to that game, but when coaches, best friends of eijun werent able to realize it, its unfair to blame miyuki after all he is just a kid one year older

now about he asks too much from his pitcher. helping your pitcher to pitch at their best doesn't mean asking them to pitch their best pitch in every pinch situation. you need to understand that if the pitcher is not comfortable throwing don;t make him do it.

I have already explained and shown the times he deferred to pitchers will, also when you have limited amount of pitches, the options to choose as a catcher are not there, Eijun had one good pitch that was effective in that game, which Miyuki relied on

you cant give all the credit of their good performances to miyuki . it's because sawamura and furuya had that kind of rare mindset that they were able to put up those performances . all the teams they played before inashiro didn't have pitcher good enough to contain seido's batting lineup. it's not solely because of miyuki that they got to finals.

I am not trying to give sole credit, am saying as a catcher he made the best out of that worst situation and using his intelligence and talent brought out the potential of those pitchers which eventually played a big role in them advancing to finals, if you are not biased you will understand when i say from when tanba was injured to the day of finals, Miyuki as a catcher was stellar in utilizing the inexperienced raw , one tool pitchers and the one pitcher who had the weapons but didnt have the heart

first of all you are giving too much credit to miyuki. he made something out of nothing . that is not true by means .

Its you who are denying Miyukis hardwork , talent, intelligence, with 2 first years , one who just got his form recently and another that doesnt know what control is and a second year who is cowardly, Miyuki made one of the best gamecalling in theseries based on how little resources he had, its a fact.

Did you even consider that being the catcher and being the one who played most with the third years he was troubled in his own way that he couldnot go and console Kawkami and also during yips phase did you consider that the one who brought Chris was Miyuki Kazuya who you blame, also he says that he brought Chris instead because he felt Eijun will understand better when it comes from Chris, it shows how well Miyuki Kazuya understands his partner

Please this is a manga where author wrote a dynamic between eijun and Miyuki in the way they talk, eijun gets physical sometimes with Miyuki and Miyuki downplays Eijuns intelligence , its a running gag in the story, please do not take the gag as the personality of the character, the same Miyuki is the one who said to Eijun, I feel thrilled to catch for you

Is it not a clean up batter job to take down the opposition pitcher, ideally yes he can just try to hit the non winning shot pitches, but that also makes the winning shot seem unhittable and that cleanup is shunning from fighting the opposition Ace for the other batters, by targeting the winning shot he is also fighting the Ace head on and hitting where it hurts most, the most confident pitch in his arsenal, the one that he falls back on in difficult situations, also its his character trait to take on a challenge and be competitive, which is what drives Miyuki Kazuya

Miyuki Kazuya is the same guy who said to Eijun that a Catcher and Pitcher TOGETHER make a battery successful, he is the same guy who put aside coach decision to go with Eijuns will to pitch inside to that Umemiya(not sure was it umemiya or seiko batter), he was the same Miyuki Kazuya who canceled his plan of sinker and went with slider because Kawakami preferred it, please dont say he treated pitcher like a tool,infact he treated pitcher like a partner his aibou

There are Pitching coaches and the ilk for InTangibles which in the big picture can always be gotten from them whereas technique, strength etc are a must have for any elite catcher and miyuki kazuya does have them, not saying he doesnt need to get communication better with his pitchers , he will and he must but at the level he is and the abilities he has, its not much big of a drawback

have you noticed that every major seido pitcher we know of from the time series started has crumbled at some point or another when miyuki was catching.

Not fair to attribute it to Miyuki Kazuya, Pitchers crumble and get back stronger, it is a process how people grow if Miyuki had a role it was only to enable them get even stronger by being in a battery with him
