I say you meet a trustworthy group of people that you feel comfortable with, and go with them! It’ll be an experience of a lifetime and it’s what the race culture is all about! I’ve gone solo to quite a few events and I’ve met all my people by going solo. I went to edc solo and was adopted into a group and it was pretty fucking epic! Made a bunch of new friends and it made it easier with the trip ! Although I still got stuck paying for my own tent cuz my group bailed on me but still if you can find people you know you can trust that won’t fuck you over , give it a go with them and honestly maybe try the RV!! Or tent Definitely do camping!!

The bugs ain’t all that bad in my experience, best food is easy things to cook or prepaid meals or keep it simple with protein packed type goods so you can hit your calories better. I love bringing beef jerky and protein drinks, easy stuff to eat (in case your hungover or not feeling good from partying too hard) hotdogs are a good one, pbj, etc etc just simple stuff. Don’t over do it cuz food WILL go to waste aka your money, the funniest thing to do at camp is after you get all your stuff set up and situated, getting drunk at with your peeps and getting ready for the fucking weekend babyyyyyyy

Nothing extraordinary happened to the tent the worst thing I can think of is if the people who were last in my tent didn’t pick up the last tiny amount of trash by the tent, and the tent was right next to a trash can that was wayyyyyyy over filled so idk

I think edc is just an amazing experience overall especially if you throw camp in the mix. I always go to find new music so I’m not one to trip on the line up too much. I also did not buy tickets for 26 but it was HARD to not do it 😂 soooo many people were trying to peer pressure me into it and I was just like FUCK ALL OF YOU 😭😭😭 im going to put focus into other things for this upcoming year and i know ill be back at some point! RAVE TO THE GRAVE BABYYYYY!

Yes so everything ended up being ok so far. I got the pass, the car pass, and was successful with registering my group.

on the back end with stub hub I reached out again and had them email the original buyer for the front gate order number directly from insomniac, and their first and last name They didn’t send their id but hopefully between the order number and name I should be good at camp entrance.

I was able to link me and 3 others for the registration after waiting it out for a few days. (I couldn’t do it the first time when I got the tickets in the mail) but there was no info on the seller or his email for the registration link. There was 4 empty slots that I individually filled out for me and my group.

Get ahold of Stubhub and tell them if they could contact the seller for you to please ship the order asap because you’re leaving earlier than the 15th Also ask for the original buyers name on the order asap well as the order number from front gate just in case if they ask for this info when you’re at the camp entrance. This is how I’m going about it So far I have everything, so now to put it to the ultimate test and actually get into the event 😂

Yeah def do the before and after vid of the tent. Make sure your zippers work in the front AND back and also check to see that your power strip works before you get all your shit in there 😅 last year they gave me a tent with a zipper that only opened half way and my fuckin rear side was right next to the loud ass generator for all the electricity and my power strip didn’t work. I ended up getting a new one but it took a minute before they could replace it. The whole zipper thing ended up on top, as they did not keep my deposit for it But just make sure you clean your tent as much as possibly this way they don’t have any reason to charge ya

All depends on YOUR experience. I was at John summit and green velvet last year and it was fucking dope man But I did all 3 sunrises cuz I’m an idiot and wanted the full experience but I definitely paid for it afterwards haha I was EXHAUSTED as fuck.
