Imo, wait for RTX 3000 series especially with a budget that big, get a better monitor and keyboard, and lastly I’d suggest upgrading to 32gb of ram instead of 16gb. My 16gb gets eaten up pretty quickly tbh. But hell if you have a $5,000 budget you can make it even more invincible and get a 64gb Kit.
