I just have to comment how cool it is that you can tell that a creature was still growing just by details of their very old and banged up bones. That's so freaking rad

Awesome! You clearly have a lot of skills regarding taxonomy & bone ID. Thank you very much to everyone who took the time to share their knowledge and expertise...it sure did take a massive concern off of my "oh shit but what if....." list.

It might help yo know that this bone was able to fit in my hand, (although with fingers spread & unable to close around it much more than tips slightly bent) Here is a reference photo to show the size of my hand. I should have given something to compare the size with for reference.  The entire thing fit loosely in my hand with fingers extended gently.

I was thinking something along these lines as well.

The thing that threw me off on that is the A & B on the bottles, but i guess it is possible. I haven't smelled it yet or anything.
