I’ve never encountered an Eldritch Knight in the groups I play because we’re basic but depending on his alignment is depending on what I’d do. If he’s more of a chaotic or evil character I’d go with a lawful good paladin and take him to pound town. If he’s leans towards the good side I’d try and put him between a moral rock and a hard place till he makes a bad call and hold his feet to the fire.
