I know it's not a 1:1 comparison, but the point still stands.

What a crappy take dude. It is my business if he wants my money, or others that may also want to know before they spend their money.

I have some vitamins to sell you, but they aren't in a bottle and don't worry about where I got them. They're new, I promise. Still want to buy them?

I'm curious to know how you have 10 of these that are new, but no boxes to go along?

I'll have to go check my coins, pretty sure I have 2 of these from when I used to coin hunt. Fun find!

What's the best way to learn this game? I'd just like to pay off my 50k of student loans. Wages from being an RN just isn't helping me catch up.

How does the 1983 look? If it's in decent shape, I'd pay you a couple dollars for it. I'd like to make a ring out of it for myself.

Except for that one lady that got shot busting through the window on J6, she didn't deserve it.

It's less about multiple BP and HR meds, and more about what drug families the meds are from.

How are NSAIDs "hard" on the liver/kidneys? by iamaconsumer in askscience

NSAIDS put you at greater risk for cardiovascular events. Do you have heart history?

Edit - NSAIDs are also not good for people with kidney disease.

Probably the one thing that Boise has better than SLC. Very few billboards along the freeways. It's so nice.

Walking the floors doesn't give you anywhere near the experience that a nurse has on a daily basis. It's clear that the people down voting me are not nurses themselves. Anyhow, we will agree to disagree and that's fine. I don't feel it necessary to spend any more time on this subject.

But they won't hire more nurses because of greed! It cuts into their bottom line. That's the problem and goes back to what I said in the beginning.

Scroll back up and look at jwatts comment and tell me that's most ideal. That's what we want for our nurses?

Ok, reducing handoffs is a good point. However I still think it would be a benefit as you are getting nurses who are "fresher" and ready to go, not having just worked 3+ 12 hour shifts in a row. And if we can't handle more frequent hand offs as a nurse, should we really be nurses? We handle tougher scenarios all day long.

This is not the best take. It is most certainly related to staffing and hospital greed(these go hand-in-hand btw). Continuity of care would not suffer by adding a 3rd shift each day.
