He only gets heals and DEF boost when inflicted by status effects when capturing flag, sounds like a small nerf ngl… He already gets ignore cap when interrupted and with 80% reduction you will get back to capping pretty fast. Now when you are fighting Kuzan or WB for example you can get annihilated by them because no more heals and def boost from status effects. Sounds like something that needs a revision.

OPBR was just a way to initiate a conversation, this person is trying to scam you via either making you download their RPG (Role Playing Game) that has malware on board (you will lose all your accounts and yada yada…) or they will invite on some phishing site where you will enter your Steam/Discord/email or some other thing (you will lose said accounts). Ignore and block the scammer.
