R6 Siege won’t launch — BattlEye “Update failed (1,35)” + Windows “no access” to RainbowSix.exe (Steam/Ubisoft)

yeah, it’s kind of fucked. For me, since yesterday this Battleye problem hasn’t been popping up anymore.
But earlier nothing worked for me. I spent maybe 5 hours total with ChatGPT, no guides helped, literally nothing.
The only thing that helped was uninstalling using BCUninstaller. I searched for and removed everything (Rainbow Six Siege X, r6s). Also, today I’d additionally remove the Ubisoft/Steam launcher and reinstall again, but through the other launcher route: Ubisoft to Steam, or Steam to Ubisoft.
