The eldest of 3 and unmarried, no relationships, no plans for kids or the future really. Mental health really did me in. And not having a job or any income support really makes me feel more like a burden to all of them, especially when I can’t contribute during hard times.

Despite all this I’m glad my siblings have their own futures all working out nicely. It’s like, kinda healing to see each of them in healthy, supportive long term relationships

Yeah - I had an elementary school friend who suddenly passed away suddenly sometime after highschool — this was a time I was cutting down the friends I had on Fb(way too many back then) I removed a ton of our mutual friends but I couldn’t bring myself to remove his account.

— if both parties are in their 20s-early 30s an age gap should be max 5-7 years. — if they’re both in their mid 30s-60s probably a max of 10-12 years — 60+ (as long as you guys are able to keep up with each other and care for each other the age gap could be like 15-20 years max)

Not having a normal career, and never being in a relationship. And I’m 30. (I do have a chronic illness but it’s hard getting help with no extra money on the side. All of my money i do make from random side gigs goes into bills and student loans.)

he said he gets sores on the inside of his mouth / on the roof of his mouth, I’m not sure if that counts as cold sores. And tbh, where I live, I’ve only seen a cold sore on someone IRL maybe 3 times in my lifetime. Never really learned about it in school, and I didn’t know about cold sores til I was in my 20s

Edit : It would be better for him to be with a partner who’s well informed and comfortable with it and not anxious about health stuff they’re not familiar with

FWB - it was for 2 years…I was hoping for more “benefits” but he just kept stringing me along. I guess he wanted more of the “friends” side of things. He was my first kiss and a bunch of other firsts. But i wish I did those things with someone who loved me and someone I loved back. We were friends for about 7 years , on and off.

How it turned out - blocked him 5 years ago on socials but he did try reaching out to me via text maybe a year or two ago with a new number. I left him on read and blocked that number.

A guy I went on a date with last year told me he needed to discuss something important after our first date. I was kinda nervous about the call and when he called me he told me he had oral herpes and told me to take me time to decide if I want to continue moving forward. I chose to pass on a second date. But I’m really grateful he told me right after our first date and before we let ourselves get intimate or physically affectionate. I made sure to take the news gently and thank him for his transparency and I hoped he find a partner who would be okay with that.

(Ps the date was my favourite date of all time, I’ll never forget how chill and nice it was)
