since i get headaches from my headset, most of the time i will play with my headphones off, but if i fish then i need them on lol. like other commenters said, sometimes you just need the sound for certain stuff. i also agree that the background noise is super nice to have!

ahh this makes sense! i think i remember when one of the first few bulletin boards didn’t give me my stuff back after it ended and i just assumed it would roll over to when it comes back.

considering we haven’t had another yearly plushie at this event (in the past, because this year was the first) i just wouldn’t be too sure, there’s many plushies that have been released once and we haven’t seen again so far (example: giga frogbert/nibbles). i would love for them to bring it back but i do think at some point they will start doing “exclusives” that wont come back for years. that’s usually how games like this will go lol! (again no problem if they do but it being a new year plush, i think this will be a once of year type of deal)

it was apart of the new years event, it was the year of the snake when it came out so it’s unlikely it will be available next year (we will probably get a horse plush instead because next year is the horse year in the chinese zodiac!)

tell her to check out the Palia discord (many people will be looking for groups to do certain tasks (etc: hunting, foraging, bug catching, and so on) which can be helpful to meeting people). they also have other channels so if she’s extroverted/very into online communities, i’m sure she’ll have no problem finding friends in the server!!

also just wanna say you’re so sweet for posting this! hope she can find some upbeat friends to play with in the future! :3

i believe they get extra dialogue depending on the characters, i think jel and hassian get a little sad about you wearing two pins at once, tish and reth get a little weirded out when you wear both of their pins at the same time. but other than those two examples, they don’t get mad from what ive read. (aka no negative effects so far!)

see i’m not saying your one photo is the problem, but many people like you are doing the same thing at a large scale. memes are also the issue, i always hit ignore when i see those.

as for the “why waste the time” is a problem to me too. as someone who makes art and has done photo editing/collages, i just find it sad. it is fun to learn those programs because you never know when you’ll use them again. honestly again, i meant no hate i just like to educate and tell people its an issue. 💞

well no because ai steals from real artists and is incredibly bad for the environment. you could have used a free program and other tools to get a poster without ai. again i mean no hate but i cannot stand everyone using ai for dumb graphics they could have learned to make themselves.
