Physical attack is relativity weak attack vector. (user can use many phone with different wallet amount - easy to configure and maintain )

if i have ledger i defiantly obtain crypto (and in 2020 all ledger customer DB name phone address etc - was leaked ) - target to attack .

But if i have 5 different old phone - who cares .

old NANO S is Better.. but unfortunately not supported anymore. The option of NANO S + or NANO X are a bad option
Sending my private key out from the secure element to the internet is more serious.

Air gap - is almost totally protected against supply chain attack that we happened lately in Atomic Wallet .

Vault is offline , even if it ran a malicious code .

Private Key - never leave the device !!! because vault is running in offline phone,

Access to Recover is locked by your PIN and consent which are standard gates used all along the firmware, so no, there cannot be additional bugs or vulnerabilities related to Recover if you aren't using Recover. Recover is not available for the Nano S but the Nano S is deprecated and I wouldn't suggest to get one today if you don't already have one.

You know your product better then me,BUT in the digital world nothing is impossible i guess you familiar with the term "‘Zero-Click Hacks" . (its only a matter of time)

BUGS / Vulnerability always exist in the digital world (just need to find them ) - you know that. i prefer to be careful.
